INK works differently. We bring the entire process in-house, from foundation to the final fitting. The same team that begins your home is the team that completes it, which means fewer handovers, fewer misunderstandings, and no gaps where problems take root.
It is also why we build faster. When every stage is handled by one team working to a single standard, the process moves without the delays that come from coordinating between separate companies. A home that might take others a year is completed within four months, not by cutting corners, but by removing the friction that slows everyone else down.

INK builds every home entirely in-house. Structural modules are fabricated in our own workshop, then assembled on site by the same team that completes the joinery and final surfaces. One team carries the home from foundation to final fitting, working to a single standard, with no handovers between separate contractors.

Every component is manufactured in INK's own facility by one team, to one standard. Making the modules in the workshop lets each joint be resolved properly and each surface finished with care before the home is transported and assembled on your land by the same people who built it.
