INK Homes
Precision-built homes for your second-property escapeบ้านที่สร้างด้วยความแม่นยำ สำหรับที่พักแห่งที่สองของคุณAbout INK
INK is a home design and construction company rooted in
family craftsmanship and a belief that some places are worth putting down roots in.
We create modular homes that bring the care, permanence, and character of
a thoughtfully built home to the places that matter to you. Every home is made with
carefully selected materials, considered in every detail, and designed to become
part of the place for years to come.
We take on a limited number of homes each year, giving every project
the time and attention it deserves. From the first material selection to the final handover,
we remain closely involved in every stage of the process.

What is a modular home?
บ้านโมดูลาร์คืออะไร
A modular home is built from structural modules fabricated in a workshop, then transported and assembled on site. At INK, every component is manufactured in our own facility by one team, to one standard, so the precision of the workshop carries through to the finished home on your land.

How long does it take to build an INK home?
สร้างบ้าน INK ใช้เวลานานเท่าไหร่
Both the Sati M and the Sati L are completed within four months from contract. A home that might take others a year moves faster because one team handles every stage, with no handovers between separate contractors and none of the delays that come from coordinating them.
